Collectif Pacy Green Velvet Dress

I have been super tardy with my review of the Collectif Pacy dress in Green velvet. Mainly because I was having boob issues I ordered my usual 18 from them and it fits easily, is super comfy and plenty of space for more of everything, definitely should have sized down . I'm not loving the length personally, it would be better if it was at least 5" shorter so I could use one of my petticoats. I'm wear a sheer star top under it  mainly because I felt all boobs. HAPPY NEW YEAR
