Lady Vintage Elsie Dress in Navy Roses

First time ever getting my hands on the Lady V London Elsie dress (I wasn’t sure what size to get i’ve tried a size up in Lyra (size 10) and found it really loose but can get away with it because of the tie up waist but was scared to try size down with Elsie because it’s more fitted)…

Alas I sized down to a size 8 after checking measurements with Linda (thank you so much for that). It is still loose but there is no other side option beyond this size (which I don’t mind).

Material is very stretchy despite it being a wiggle it’s super comfy, sleeves are very relaxed almost like the Lyra so there is no tight feeling. The gathering in the front and waterfall feature on the side is very complimentary. I’m certain this won’t be the last Elsie to obtain now that i’ve finally dipped my feet into this style
